New wood to replace the rotted wood, new insulation, then new paneling.
Here's my contractor Eric replacing the rotted sections of wood.

And here's all the hardware I took off the drawers and cabinets. Sure glad I'm replacing them and don't have to get all that paint off!
Tomorrow the paneling gets finished, new wiring and maybe I'll get to do some interior painting.
