The bedrooms are being painted today and the new laminate floors put in the living room and bedrooms so we can move in this weekend. I gave up doing the painting myself cause I was just too darn slow! Decided to redo the existing bath with beadboard and I took out the glass shower door.
I still don't have internet at home and they even trasferred my home phone line yesterday, so no home phone. Soon we'll be camping out!
I'm becoming a regular at Home Depot as we never seem to get everything we need. That wouldn't be so bad except that Home Depot is 45 minutes away. Tonight I'm going to Lowe's which is only 30 minutes away. I ~thought~ I would be packing tonight, but there's materials to buy so the contractor has them in the morning.

It sure looks like you have had your work cut out for you Doreen. The nice thing is that you will have a new house when you are finished! Good luck with everything! I will be looking for the finished photos now! Thanks for sharing this with us!
It is a lot of work making a house a home. But you will have years of fun with it. Keep us undated, and looking forward to more pictures.
