Thrift Store finds!

My mom and I hit some thrift stores today in Asheville and found some goodies! I got a cool tan denim jacket at Salvation Army for spring. It will get here soon right? I think the jacket was $3.75.

I also found some sappy love story christian fiction books. Only .50 cents for paperbacks and $1.00 for hardbacks!

I found the styrofoam balls and eggs at the Habitat store to make some rag balls with. Only $1.00 for the bag full!

The Debbie Mumm Christmas flannel is so cute with penguins! I'll be selling that for $5 a yard and I think there's about 6 yards there. Found that at Goodwill.
I needed a new purse and I found one at Goodwill for only $1.00!!! It's felted wool. The lining is seperating on the inside, but I can handstitch that back with no problem. What a find!

Too tired to craft tonight, but I might stuff some doll parts.
They're calling for freezing rain here tonight and school already called a two hour delay. Sleep in again. :)
We also went to AC Moore and I did get some paper mache. Maybe I'll get some time to try it out. :)
I also got a large poster of the United States to put in my store. I want to have my customers mark where they're from. Sounds like a fun idea. :)
Till next time.

Great finds at the thrift store. My favorite here in Aberdeen is only open from 1 to 4, so I can't go during the school year. That's another reason I love summer!!

Happy Weekend ~Natalie
